Irregular Choice are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager
Based at our Brighton Head Office, this role is focussed primarily on marketing strategy and requires applicants to have a strong technical skillset. You'll get the chance to take the lead to deliver engaging, fun content and produce awe-inspiring copy for our fans around the world, whilst driving sales and brand awareness.
Working closely with the Brand Manager and ECommerce Manager to develop, schedule, and deliver world-class marketing content across many digital channels. You'll be able to deep dive statistics and extrapolate analytics to measure engagement and results, adjusting and adapting your strategy to everyone's benefit.
Main Tasks
- Manage integrated digital marketing campaigns across multi-channel platforms (Email, Social Media, Communities, Website, Events)
- Develop, schedule, and plan the brands digital marketing strategy
- Measure, analyse, and report on marketing performance
- Work with the creative team and Brand Manager to produce exciting, engaging on-brand content
- Work with Retail and ECommerce teams to ensure optimised sales
- Identify new avenues and channels to connect with our fans
Key Skills
- Possess proven skills in digital marketing in a B2C environment
- Sound understanding on SEO, PPC, segmentation, audience targeting, affiliate marketing
- Highly analytical with a data driven approach
- Basic HTML skills, experience editing email templates
- Understanding of Springbot or similar marketing platform
- Excellent fluent english and ability to write fantastic copy for digital channels
- On top of trends and best practices in digital marketing
- Experience managing and working with external agencies
Ideal Candidate
- Experience using Magento, Springbot, Mailchimp, Analytics, Tag Manager, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Wordpress, JIRA, Photoshop, Illustrator, AdWords
- Experience working brand-side in a close-knit business
- Interest in fashion and/or footwear
- Hands-on attitude with a sharp retail/sales mind
- Strategic planner with end-to-end approach
- Excellent interpersonal skills to draw out the best in colleagues and key stakeholders
- Highly knowledgeable with a strong level of confidence and responsibility
- Experience managing and working with external agencies
